Determination and Undertaking for the Honorable Joseph M. Hannon

The Commission determined that Judge Hannon's participation in a public demonstration, and his subsequent participation as the presiding judge in a criminal trail which arose out of the demonstration, was a violation of the Code of Judicial Conduct.
