The Commission is reviewing the qualifications of Judges Brian Holeman, Craig Iscoe, and J. Michael Ryan of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, who are each seeking reappointment to another 15-year term as an Associate Judge.
In addition, the Commission is reviewing the qualifications and fitness of Judge John M. Mott of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia who is retiring and has requested a recommendation for an initial appointment as a Senior Judge.
The Commission invites comments from the bench, bar, and general public regarding the qualifications of the four Judges to continue their judicial service. Comments may be submitted in writing to the Commission’s office at 515 5th Street, NW, Room 246, Washington, DC, 20001, or via email at [email protected]. In addition, comments may be submitted by online survey or by paper copy of the survey available on the Commission’s website. All comments must be received by June 29, 2018. The identity of any person submitting information will be kept confidential, unless the commenter authorizes the disclosure of his or her name.
