Determination Letter for the Honorable Nicholas S. Nunzio

The Commission determined that Judge Nunzio acted in an impatient, discourteous and unreasonable manner, and failed to conduct himself in a manner that would promote public confidence in the judiciary in certain cases, which were violations of the Code of Judicial Conduct.
