The District of Columbia Commission Judicial Disabilities and Tenure (the Commission) re-publishes its Rules, Title 28, DCMR, Chapter 20, pursuant to DC Official Code, §11-1525(a)(2001) and §43l(d)(3), of the District of Columbia Self-Government and Governmental Reorganization Act, P.L. 93-198.  The Rules do not purport to restate all applicable procedural and substantive provisions of the pertinent statutes.
