The term of lnez Smith Reid, an Associate Judge of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, expired on May 25, 2010. Judge Reid is completing a fifteen year term.
The Commission reappointed Judge Reid to another term as an Associate Judge, and the reappointment evaluation report the Commission submitted to President Barack Obama is available in the attachment indicated below.
