Public Censure of the Honorable Harry T. Alexander
The Commission determined that Judge Alexander, over a long period of time, repeatedly made intemperate and injudicious remarks from the bench tending to degrade litigants, witnesses, counsel, court officials and others appearing before him. The Commission concluded that Judge Alexander's conduct was prejudicial to the administration of justice and tended to bring the judicial office into disrepute, and that public censure was the appropriate sanction.
