On March 11, 2026, the Commission on Judicial Disabilities and Tenure held a special event to honor four of its former Commissioners and its former Special Counsel.  Commission Chair Amy Bess welcomed the honorees and their special guests, along with judges of the D.C. Superior Court, D.C. Court of Appeals, and U.S. District Court.  Representatives of the Commission’s appointing authorities and other distinguished guests were also in attendance.  The event was made possible through the generous support of the D.C.
